工作职责：

4.组织研究人员和实践方建立起来配合，以掌握技术的最新趋势和进展。
1. Conduct research and development activities in the field of materials science, including the design, synthesis, characterization, and application of new materials.For example, research on new materials with high durability for waterproofing and sealing of shields;
2. Perform laboratory experiments and analyze data to evaluate the performance and properties of materials;
3. Collaborate with other team members to ensure project objectives are met and research results are achieved;
4. Establish and maintain close connections with researchers and practitioners to keep up with the latest trends and progress.
任职资格：
1.材料科学、物理学、化学或相关领域的博士学位；
2.较强的研究和分析能力，包括处理复杂信息的能力；
3.具备优秀的书面、口头表达能力，高度自我激励，能够独立工作，也能在团队环境中相互协作；
4.有研发领域工作经验；
5.熟悉研究方法，包括但不限于调查设计、数据收集和数据分析技术等；
6.能根据需要出差进行实地考察、参加会议或其他与研究相关的活动。
1. PhD degree in materials science, physics, chemistry, or a related field;
2. Strong research and analytical skills, including ability to synthesize and interpret complex information;
3. Excellent written and oral communication skills.Highly self-motivated and able to work independently, but also collaboratively in a team environment;
4. Experience in R&D field;
5. Familiarity with research methods, including but not limited to survey design, data collection, and data analysis techniques is highly preferred;
6. Ability to travel as needed for fieldwork, conferences, or other research-related activities is also preferred.
