1. Track the cutting-edge industrial development of BIM technology and application, and assist the GM of the Department in BIM R&D management;
2. Organize technical research and application resource, cooperate with relevant departments to carry out BIM standard, and promote the construction of technical system;
3. Demonstrates an advanced knowledge of Revit processes & tools utilized in BIM projects. Independently troubleshoot intermediate project-related issues;
4. Demonstrate the ability to react to clients’ BIM needs and expectations, while developing skills in proactive communication. Coordinate management and technical training; Mentor staff on BIM standards and processes.

1.跟踪国内外BIM技术发展，分析、研判行业热点事件，参与相关科技项目申报，协助部门总经理开展科研管理与技术管理工作；
2.组织开展技术研究与应用，联合相关部门开展BIM基础技术研究及标准制定，推动落实技术体系建设工作；
3.组织开展科研资源拓展与协调管理、技术培训等工作；
4.根据项目或客户的BIM需求提供解决方案，解决项目开展过程中的技术重点以及难点问题。

1. Ph.D. degree majored in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction, Transportation, BIM, Computer Science or related major, Work continuously for 36 months with a full-time job position in oversea;
2. Able to gather appropriate resources to solve project-specific problems;
3. Proven ability to understand and recognize complex design problems;
4. Effective communication skills with a team-oriented attitude;
5. Under the age of 40.

1.博士学位，建筑学、土木工程类或相关专业，三年以上国外正式且连续的工作经验；
2.具备优秀的组织能力、资源协调和解决问题的能力；
3.具备团队合作意识和良好的沟通能力；
4.不超过40周岁。
