任职资格：
博士学位，毕业于境外知名高校；
桥梁工程、结构工程等相关专业；
有从事减隔震技术或产品开发的经历；
有结构抗震试验、监测或智能化诊断研究的经历；
在工程抗震领域取得了高水平成果，如高水平期刊论文、专利或奖项。
Ph.D. degree from a well-known overseas university;
Major in bridge engineering, structural engineering, or related disciplines;
Having research experience in seismic isolation technology or product development;
Having research experience in structural seismic testing, monitoring, or intelligent diagnostic research;
Having high-level research output in the field of earthquake engineering, such as papers in top journals, patents, or awards.
