工作职责：
1.全面负责项目工程的技术工作，对技术方面工作负责，熟悉美标、欧标、英标等国际施工技术标准；
2.熟悉设计文件、施工合同、对施工规范提出变更设计建议；
3.负责制定施工方案制定和完成工程评定以及技术创新；
4.对接业主、监理、设计公司等；
5.其他领导交办事宜。
1. Being responsible for the technical work of the project and be familiar with American standard, European standard, British standard, etc.;
2. Being familiar with design document, construction contract and being capable of proposing comments and advice for design variation;
3. Being responsible for producing construction plan, project completion evaluation, technical innvation;
4. Liaison and coordination with Employer, site engineer and design team, etc.;
5. Other issues assigned by Project Management.
任职资格：
1.博士学历，QS排名前50院校毕业；
2.具有较强的专业技术能力，3年以上境外大型桥梁项目工作经验，业绩突出；
3.境外大型工程施工类企业任职经历不少于3年；
4.具有较强的语言表达及书面写作能力；
5.掌握法语、西语等多国语言的优先。
1.Being graduated from TOP 50 QS Rank University with Doctor Degree; 2.Having more than 3 years of overseas working experiences in large-scale Bridge Project with outstanding performance and strong professional skills;
3.Having more than 3 years career experience in large-scaled overseas construction enterprises;
4.Having a good command of strong oral and written language skills;
5.Preferring to the candidates who acquire French, Spanish or other languages.
