工作职责：
1.负责公司悬浮结构相关工程业务的技术开拓与研究；
2.负责落实本专业的项目设计、计算标准和基本条件，协调本专业技术问题，组织进行多种技术方案的比选，协调、检查、落实本专业进度计划；
3.与其他专业的负责人共同协商处理相关的技术问题，独立处理并指导他人处理本专业较为复杂专业问题；
4.对本专业的项目质量和进度负责，对本专业图纸、计算书进行全面质量专业审查；
5.负责本专业的设计技术交底、施工配合、工程验收和项目专业设计总结。
1.Responsible for technical development and research of suspension structure；
2.Responsible for the implementation of the professional project design, calculation standards and basic conditions, coordination of the professional technical issues, organization of a variety of technical scheme comparison and selection, coordination, inspection, implementation of the professional schedule;
3.Negotiate with other professional leaders to deal with related technical problems, independently deal with and guide others to deal with complicated professional problems;
4.Responsible for the quality and progress of the project, and conduct a comprehensive quality professional review of the drawings and calculations;
5.Responsible for the professional design technology disclosure, construction cooperation, project acceptance and project design summary.
任职资格：
1.工作积极，态度端正；
2.海外（境外）高校博士学位，有较突出的科研创新能力及学习能力，良好的表达及归纳总结能力；
3.具有连续36个月及以上相关专业海外名企、名校、科研机构正式职位的工作经验者优先；
4.年龄不超过40岁；
5.具备熟练的英语听说读写能力；
6.具备较好的浮体水动力、系泊及结构有限元分析等相关的基础理论知识，可熟练采用AWQA、Orcaflex、ANSYS等软件或类似软件解决工程实际问题。
1.Positive and correct attitude;
2.Doctor degree of overseas university, with outstanding research and innovation ability and learning ability, good expression and summarizing ability;
3.At least 36 consecutive months working experience in overseas famous enterprises, universities or scientific research institutions will be preferred
4. Under the age of 40;
5.Good command of English listening, speaking, reading and writing;
6.Have good basic theoretical knowledge of floating body hydrodynamics, mooring and structural finite element analysis, and be skilled in using AWQA, Orcaflex, ANSYS or similar software to solve practical engineering problems.
