工作职责：
1.把握智慧城市服务领域的发展趋势，能够高质量完成BIM/CIM业务领域相关的政策研究、市场研究、业务研究、产品分析、数据分析等方面的工作；
2.结合行业监管创新模式和新技术，设计建设行业工程监管及智慧城市/园区/社区相关信息化解决方案，支持项目立项、售前咨询、招投标技术方案编制等工作；
3.完成建设行业信息化类项目的客户需求调研、需求分析与设计等工作；
4.负责BIM/CIM项目的系统架构与研发工作；
5.参与智慧城市及政府监管类业务领域有关的课题、标准的研究与编制工作。
1. According the future development trend of Smart city, making policy and market research, building product analysis and data analysis in BIM & CIM field;
2.According the new model of field supervisory and new technology, hammering out a informatization solution for construction supervision/ smart city /industrial districts/community, supply the support for project application/ pre-sale service / preparation of tender documents;
3. Carrying out research about customer requirement and design at informatization project in construction field;
4. Setting up a system architecture for BIM/CIM project and research & development;
5. Participating in research and compiling standards in the field of smart city or government supervise.
任职资格：
1.计算机、通信、电子、信息技术、工民建等相关专业博士学位；
2.具备智慧城市、建设行业系统集成及智慧建造、智慧建筑等相关项目规划咨询经验,熟悉工程建设领域专业知识及产品规划、业务架构设计；
3.熟悉GIS、BIM/CIM技术，对建筑工程和市政工程、园区及城市区域建模标准熟悉者优先；具有大型BIM+GIS工程项目管理平台研发经验者优先；
4.熟悉智慧城市及时空信息相关的数据资源标准化工作、数据分析、数据集成设计等；
5.具有5年以上政府智慧城市、智慧园区/社区、大数据及其他信息化系统集成项目售前咨询和方案设计和招投标落地及项目实施经验，熟悉政府关系及信息化项目运作过程。
1. PhD in computer science /communications/ information technology/Civil Engineering or Architecture Engineering;
2. Having rich experience in smart city/ construction system integration/intelligent construction /intelligent building;
3. Giving the hiring priority to those knowing well GIS/BIM/CIM knowledge, be familiar with architectural & municipal engineering, having experience in development BIM+GIS project management system;
4. Knowing well data resource standardization/ data analysis/data integration in smart city and spatial and temporal information field;
5. Having at least 5 years work experience at carrying out projects about smart city /industrial districts/community supply the support for project application/ pre-sale service / preparation of tender documents.
