工作职责:
1.在交通运输工程、计算机科学等相关领域开展智慧交通的研究与开发工作,包括但不局限在人工智能、交通运输工程、智慧交通系统等领域;
2.通过内外部协作,开发和评估新技术、算法和系统,以提高交通规划技术的效率、安全性和可持续性,例如开发交通仿真平台;
3.通过文献综述,数据分析以及实验进行研究验证;
4.组织研究人员和实践方建立起来配合,以掌握技术的最新趋势和进展。
1. Conduct research and development in the fields of transportation,computer science ,but not limited to the artificial intelligence technology, transportation,science,intelligent transportation systems etc.;
2. Collaborate with internal and external partners to develop and evaluate new technologies, algorithms, and systems to improve transportation efficiency, safety, and sustainability. For example, developing a transportation simulation platform;
3. Conduct literature reviews, analyze data, and conduct experiments to investigate and verify research hypotheses;
4. Establish and maintain close connections with researchers and practitioners to keep up with the latest trends and progress.
任职资格:
1.获得相关领域博士学位(规划设计、智慧建造、材料科学、新能源、高端装备制造、新一代信息技术等);
2.较强的研究和分析能力,包括处理复杂信息能力;
3.具备优秀的书面、口头表达能力,高度自我激励,能够独立工作,也能在团队环境中相互协作;
4.有研发领域工作经验;
5.熟悉研究方法,包括但不限于调查设计、数据收集和数据分析技术等;
6.能够根据需要出差进行实地考察、参加会议或其他研究相关活动。
1. PhD degree in a related field (Planning and Design,Smart Construction,Materials Science,New Energy,High-end Equipment Manufacturing,New Generation of Information Technology etc.);
2. Strong research and analytical skills, including ability to synthesize and interpret complex information;
3. Excellent written and oral communication skills;
Highly self-motivated and able to work independently, but also collaboratively in a team environment;
4. Experience in R&D field;
5. Familiarity with research methods, including but not limited to survey design, data collection, and data analysis techniques is highly preferred;
6. Ability to travel as needed for fieldwork, conferences, or other research-related activities is also preferred.
