工作职责:
1.制定中长期技术发展规划,监督规划执行落地;
2.研究可提升公司技术、成本竞争优势的前瞻性技术,实现先进技术的引进、消化吸收和再创新,申请和维护知识产权,做好技术成果的整理、转化及推广,快速形成生产力;
3.参与、牵头主持国家级、部委级、集团级等科研课题的研发,提升研究水平,组织技术交流;
4.支撑品牌项目、特大、技术复杂项目开发,提供技术咨询和方案论证,技术先行支持新兴业务市场开发;
5.参与维护高新技术企业资格,编制登记技术服务合同,协助编制高新技术维护及再认定申报材料;
6.编制技术复杂项目的重大方案,并参与重大方案的落地和实施,开展现场跟踪和指导,确保重大技术风险受控;
7.负责科技领军人才、重大项目技术负责人培养和指导;
8.领导交办的其他工作。
1. Formulate medium and long-term technological development plans and supervise their implementation;
2. Research forward-looking technologies that can enhance the company's technological and cost competitive advantages, realize the introduction, digestion, absorption and re-innovation of advanced technologies, apply for and maintain intellectual property rights, organize, transform and promote technological achievements, and form productivity quickly;
3. Participate in and lead the research and development of national, ministerial, group and other scientific research projects, improve the research level, and organize technical exchanges;
4. Support the development of brand projects, large and technologically complex projects, provide technical consultation and program demonstration, and support the development of emerging business markets with advanced technology;
5. Participate in the maintenance of high-tech enterprise qualifications, prepare and register technical service contracts, assist in the preparation of high-tech maintenance and re-certification declaration materials;
6. Prepare major programs for technologically complex projects, participate in the landing and implementation of major programs, carry out on-site tracking and guidance, and ensure that major technical risks are controlled;
7. Responsible for the training and guidance of leading scientific and technological talents and technical leaders of major projects;
8. Other work assigned by the leader.
任职资格:
1.年龄:不超过40周岁;
2.学历和专业:海外博士学位,土木工程类、建筑学、生态环保、新能源等相关专业,择优;
3.工作经验:三年及以上工作经验,在海外知名高校、科研机构、企业研发机构有正式职位,连续工作3年以上;
4.有工程技术领域科研经历,熟悉研究方法,包括但不限于调查设计、数据收集和数据分析技术等;
5.具有良好的心理素质、抗压能力强,具有较强的协同创新能力、解决复杂问题能力、良好的沟通协作能力。
1. Age: no more than 40 years old;
2. Education and major: overseas doctorate, major in civil engineering, architecture, ecological environmental protection, new energy and other related majors, preferred;
3. Work experience: at least three years of work experience, have a formal position in a well-known overseas university, scientific research institution or enterprise R&D institution, and have worked for more than three consecutive years;
4. Have scientific research experience in the field of engineering technology, familiar with research methods, including but not limited to survey design, data collection and data analysis techniques;
5. Have good psychological quality, strong ability to work under pressure, strong collaborative innovation ability, complex problem solving ability, good communication and cooperation ability.
