工作职责：
1.根据公司的相关要求，负责制定和完善智慧城市公司技术、质量及HSE管理制度，组织实施并定期检查；
2.监督指导在建项目实施；
3.配合总公司相关部门开展信息化建设、QC小组及内审工作；
4.负责技术人员的职称评审、项目评优等工作；
5.负责员工培训，包括专业技能、新技术、公司质量管理体系及HSE管理体系等；
6.负责对项目技术报告、投标技术方案的审核工作；
7.参加各种学术交流会，获取行业技术发展信息。
1. According to the relevant requirements of the company, responsible for formulating and improving the smart city company's technology, quality and HSE management system, organizing the implementation and regular inspection;
2. Supervise and guide the implementation of projects under construction;
3. Cooperate with relevant departments of the head office to carry out information construction, QC team and internal audit work;
4. Responsible for professional title evaluation and project evaluation of technical personnel;
5. Responsible for staff training, including professional skills, new technology, company quality management system and HSE management system;
6. Responsible for the review of project technical reports and bidding technical proposals;
7. Participate in various academic exchanges to obtain industry technology development information.
任职资格：
1.40周岁以下，具备博士学位，软件工程类专业背景；
2.具有丰富的专业知识及管理经验，能解决关键技术问题，能主持大型工程项目实施；
3.掌握本行业国内外的先进技术及发展趋势，推动公司技术进步；
4.具备极强的沟通协调能力、汇报能力、抗压能力、团队精神和责任心，能带领团队高效地完成工作目标；
5.从事相关业务工作10年以上，担任过大型项目的项目经理；
6.在海外知名高校、科研机构、企业及其研发机构有正式职位，连续工作36个月以上。

2. Have rich professional knowledge and management experience, can solve key technical problems, can lead the implementation of large engineering projects;
3. Master the advanced technology and development trend of the industry at home and abroad, and promote the company's technical progress;
4. Strong communication and coordination skills, reporting skills, ability to work under pressure, team spirit and sense of responsibility, able to lead the team to achieve the work objectives efficiently;
5. Engaged in relevant business work for more than 10 years, served as project manager of large projects;
6. Applicant should have a formal position in overseas famous universities, scientific research institutions, enterprises and r&d institutions, and work continuously for more than 36 months.
