工作职责：
1.完成承担的部门技术管理工作分工的相应工作；
2.参与设计项目，必要时担任项目总负责人、项目负责人、审定人或审核人，履行参与项目质量管理体系规定的职责，推广先进技术，运用知识管理手段，培养年轻项目负责人；
3.根据需要主持或参与科研项目、标准化工作；
4.参加部门级工程项目的技术评审、技术质量检查；
5.参加内外部技术交流会、培训等，获取行业技术发展信息，促进部门技术水平提高；
6.促进设计人员技术水平的提高，必要时担任内部讲师对技术人员开展培训工作；
7.作为本专业的带头人，参与专业建设活动。
1. Complete the corresponding work of the technical management division of the department;
2. Participate in the design of projects, act as the general project leader, project leader, approver or auditor when necessary, fulfill the responsibilities stipulated by the project quality management system, promote advanced technology, use knowledge management methods and train young project leaders;
3. Lead or participate in scientific research projects and standardization work as required;
4. Participate in technical review and quality inspection of department-level engineering projects;
5. Participate in internal and external technical exchanges and training, obtain industry technical development information, and promote the improvement of the department's technical level;
6. Promote the improvement of the technical level of designers, and train them as internal lecturers when necessary;
7. Participate in professional construction activities as the leader of the major.
任职资格：
1.40周岁以下，具备博士学位，市政、公路行业相关专业背景；
2.精通市政公路行业知识，熟悉行业的政策、法规、规范；
3.具备丰富的城市桥梁项目设计经验，具备大型、复杂城市桥梁技术能力，近5年主持完成过3项以上大型城市桥梁设计项目；
4.具备极强的沟通协调能力、汇报能力、抗压能力、团队精神和责任心，能带领团队高效地完成工作目标；
5.十年以上工作经验，有大型甲级设计院或大型城市桥梁项目、城市景观桥梁项目相关工作经验者优先；
6.在海外知名高校、科研机构、企业及其研发机构有正式职位，连续工作36个月以上。
1. Under the age of 40, with a PhD degree in municipal, highway and relevant industries;
2. Proficient in the industry knowledge of municipal highway and familiar with industry policies and regulations;
3. Have rich experience in urban bridge project design, and have the technical ability of large and complex urban bridge. Presided over and completed more than 3 large urban bridge design projects in recent 5 years;
4. Strong communication and coordination skills, reporting skills, ability to work under pressure, team spirit and sense of responsibility, able to lead the team to achieve the work objectives efficiently;
5. More than 10 years of working experience, with large class A design institute or large urban bridge project, urban landscape bridge project related working experience is preferred;
6. Applicant should have a formal position in overseas famous universities, scientific research institutions, enterprises and r&d institutions, and work continuously for more than 36 months.
