工作职责：
1.担任所辖部门主导生产项目的主管总工或审核人；
2.监督分管项目工作计划的实施，遇到及时处理偏差；
3.担任大型项目或特殊项目的项目经理；
4.参加本事业部技术开发项目的审定和鉴定工作；
5.审核程序文件、工作文件、批准质量计划；
6.协助总工程师开展新技术的开发和技术革新成果的应用；
7.参加各种学会、学术活动，组织开展学术交流，收集所属行业新技术及其发展趋势，负责从项目策划到实施系列经验的总结和推广。
1. Serve as the chief engineer or reviewer of the project in the department;
2. Supervise the implementation of the project work plan, and deal with deviations in a timely manner;
3. Serve as a project manager for large-scale projects or special projects;
4. Participate in the verification and appraisal of the technical development projects of the business department;
5. Review procedural documents, working documents, and approve quality plans;
6. Assist the chief engineer in the development of new technologies and the application of technological innovations;
7. Participate in various societies and academic activities, organize academic exchanges, collect new technologies and development trends in their respective industries, and be responsible for summarizing and promoting a series of experiences from project planning to implementation.
任职资格：
1.40周岁以下，具备博士学位，港航相关专业背景；
2.精通港航行业知识，熟悉行业的政策、法规、规范。精通相关专业技术知识。了解本行业国内外的先进技术及发展趋势。掌握事业部的生产、质量管理制度。精通本专业的设计规范、计算理论及计算软件；
3.具有副高级技术职称，持有国家或国际认可的职业注册资格；
4.具备极强的沟通协调能力、汇报能力、抗压能力、团队精神和责任心，能带领团队高效地完成工作目标；
5.从事相关业务工作8年以上，审核大型工程项目3项以上；
6.在海外知名高校、科研机构、企业及其研发机构有正式职位，连续工作36个月以上。
1. Uunder 40 years of age, with PhD degree, major in port or navigation related field;
2. Proficient in port and shipping industry knowledge, familiar with industry policies, regulations and norms. Proficient in relevant technical knowledge. Understand the domestic and foreign advanced technology and development trend of the industry. Master the production and quality management system of the department. Proficient in the design specification, calculation theory and calculation software of the major;
3. Associate senior technical title, holding national or international recognized vocational registration qualification;
4. Strong communication and coordination skills, reporting skills, ability to work under pressure, team spirit and sense of responsibility, able to lead the team to achieve the work objectives efficiently;
5. Engaged in relevant business work for more than 8 years, and reviewed more than 3 large engineering projects;
6. Applicant should have a formal position in overseas famous universities, scientific research institutions, enterprises and R&D institutions, and work continuously for more than 36 months.
