工作职责：
1.负责公司涉外法律业务，统一协调处理公司决策、经营和管理中的法律事务；
2.负责对公司境外项目招投标及中标后法律风险防控方面提供支持；
3.参与公司重大经营决策，负责海外业务整体的风险管控，对相关法律风险提出防范意见；
4.负责公司及海外项目的法制宣传教育和培训工作。
1. Responsible for the company's foreign-related legal issues, and to deal with the company's decision-making, operation and management of legal issues;
2. Provide support for the legel risk prevention and control to the company's overseas project biddings;
3. Participate in major business decisions of the company, take charge of the overall risk control of overseas business, and put forward preventive opinions on relevant legal risks;
4.Responsible for legal publicity, education and training of the company and overseas projects.
任职资格：
1.教育背景：法学专业博士学位；
2.工作经验：5年及以上法律合规相关工作经验，3年及以上的建筑施工企业境外项目法律合规管理工作经验。负责过境外大型项目的法律合规管理、风险防控工作。年龄在40周岁以下；
3.职业素养：熟悉大型集团公司风险管理、合规管理、内部控制等相关业务流程，以及风险评估、风险控制和建筑行业企业管理等相关专业知识；
4.职业资格：具有法律职业资格、企业法律顾问等法律类职业资格证书或国际上认可的等同证书。
1. Educational background: PhD of law;
2. Work Experience: 5 years or above legal compliance related work experience, 3 years or above legal compliance management experience in overseas construction projects.Have experience in taking charge of legal compliance management and risk prevention and control of large overseas projects.Under the age of 40;
3. Professional Quality: Familiar with risk management, compliance management, internal control and other relevant business processes of large enterprise, as well as the professional knowledge in risk assessment, risk control and business management in construction industry;
4. Professional Qualification: legal professional qualification, corporate legal adviser and other legal certificates,or internationally recognized equivalent certificates.
