2.岗位职责：
1）主持桥梁工程领域先进技术的开发与研究；
2）研究各类桥梁建造的数字化、自动化与智能化技术；
3）以数字化模型、自动控制、人工智能、物联网为手段，实现桥梁建造工艺的数智化升级；
4）针对深水区域研究浮式桥梁建造技术，包括结构型式、断面优化、预制与出运技术、系泊系统、对接拼装、水下锚固系统、接岸结构等，形成未来深水海域跨海通道建设的技术储备；
5）参与重大工程施工技术方案的研究制定与编制。

2.Job Responsibilities：
1）Leading the R&D of advanced technology in the field of Bridge Engineering;
2）Responsible for the research of digitalization, automation and intelligence of bridge construction;
3）Using digital models, automatic control, artificial intelligence, and the Internet of Things as means to realize the digital and intelligent upgrade of bridge construction technology;
4） Research floating bridge construction technology for deep water areas, including structural type, section optimization, prefabrication and shipping technology, mooring system, docking assembly, underwater anchoring system, shore connection structure, etc., forming technical reserves for the construction of cross-sea passages in the deep waters in the future;
5）Participate in the research, formulation and preparation of methodology statement of major projects.

1.取得桥梁工程及相关专业博士学位；
2.毕业于海外知名高校，在国外工程承包商或咨询公司从事桥梁工程技术工作，有5年以上工作经验，熟悉桥梁施工技术与设备。熟悉桥梁分析软件，有一项以上桥梁工程实践经历；
3. 具有较强的文献检索能力、分析能力和表达能力。有敬业精神；
4.身体健康，愿意从事桥梁施工技术工作。
5.年龄不超过40岁。

1. PhD degree in Bridge Engineering or related majors;
2. Graduated from well-known overseas universities, engaged in bridge engineering technology work in foreign engineering contractors or consulting companies, with more than 5 years of work experience, familiar with bridge construction technology and equipment. Familiar with bridge analysis software and have more than one bridge engineering practice experience;
3. Have strong literature review ability, analysis ability and expression ability, as well as professionalism;
4. Healthy and willing to work on bridge construction technology.
5. Not more than 40 years old.
